s baji Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the s baji platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all its services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("Member" or "you") and s baji.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to the following:

• All sections of the s baji website and mobile application
• Sports betting, casino games, slots, and all other gaming services
• All activities related to deposits, withdrawals, and account management
• Bonuses, promotions, and cashback offers
• Communication with customer support via live chat, email, or other channels

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account at s baji and use any service, the user must be at least 21 years of age. The platform's services are strictly prohibited for minors. s baji may request a national identity card or other government-issued document at any time for age verification.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, family, or household. Opening multiple accounts by the same person or on behalf of the same family is strictly prohibited. If accounts are found beyond the permitted limit, all of them will be closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

At the time of opening an account, the member must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Email address (if applicable)

s baji reserves the right to cancel an account registered with false or incomplete information. If any information needs to be changed, a request must be submitted through customer support.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify customer support immediately.

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. s baji will not be liable for any loss to your account caused by a third party, unless it occurs due to a technical fault on s baji's own part. It is advisable to change your password regularly and avoid easily guessable passwords.

4.1 Deposits

The following mobile banking methods can be used to deposit funds at s baji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.

4.3 Source of Funds

The member confirms that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited, and any such suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4.4 Transaction Errors

If an error or discrepancy is found in any financial transaction, customer support must be notified immediately via 24/7 live chat or email. Delayed reporting may complicate the investigation.

s baji offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms. By accepting a bonus, you are considered to have agreed to the associated terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. This bonus is not free money; winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

s baji runs weekly deposit festivals, cricket deposit rewards, and promotions on various special occasions. A minimum deposit of ৳100 applies for each bonus. The specific method and deadline for claiming each bonus are stated on the relevant promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, providing false information, or conducting any other fraudulent activity will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

6.1 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or betting market. These limits are displayed on the relevant game page or betting interface. s baji reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.2 Game Results

The results of all games are determined by a neutral random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by systems of recognised software providers. s baji does not interfere with game results. If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the relevant bet will be refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet is generally voided and the stake is returned, though the terms of specific markets may differ. Bets accepted in live betting are final, as odds change rapidly.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection or device issue, s baji's server logs will be the basis for the final decision. s baji will not be liable for a game or bet lost due to a user's own technical problems.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the s baji platform:

• Any form of fraud, cheating, or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Placing bets using harmful software, bots, or automated programs
• Using or attempting to access another member's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing terrorist activities
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards customer support or other members
• Using s baji's intellectual property or copyrighted material without permission
• Selling or transferring an account to a third party

If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be closed immediately, all funds may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8.1 Suspension by s baji

s baji may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a violation of the Terms is proven or suspicious activity is observed
• If required identity documents are not provided in a timely manner
• After prolonged inactivity on the account (12 months or more)
• To comply with a court order or directive from a relevant authority

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your own account at any time through customer support. Before closing an account, all active bets must be settled and any withdrawable funds must be withdrawn.

8.3 Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming

s baji is committed to ensuring the highest quality of service. However, s baji will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or third-party technical failures
• Financial loss caused by the user's own error or negligence
• Service interruption due to circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, legal changes, etc.)
• Technical issues with third-party game software providers

s baji's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the original amount of the transaction in question. s baji is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

s baji reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, an attempt will be made to send a notification to members' registered mobile numbers or email addresses. However, even if a notice is not received, continuing to use the platform after the revised terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those terms.
